  1. He has to make his own role in society. Jobs are 
  2. finished, role playing has taken over, the job is a 
  3. pass√© entity. The job belonged to the specialist. The 
  4. kids know that they no longer live in a specialist 
  5. world, you cannot have a goal today. You cannot 
  6. say, ‚ÄúI‚Äôm going to start here and I‚Äôm going to work 
  7. for the next three years and I‚Äôm going to go all that 
  8. distance.‚Äù Every kid knows that within three years 
  9. everything will have changed‚Äîincluding himself, and 
  10. the goal.
